CMS Star Ratings Recognize High Quality and Safety Across CommonSpirit Health

Seven CommonSpirit hospitals exceed the national average with 4- and 5-star ratings

DENVER – Aug. 15, 2025 – Quality and patient safety at seven CommonSpirit Health hospitals in Colorado exceeds the national average in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) 2025 Overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings.

The ratings, ranging from 1 to 5 stars, summarize a hospital's performance across 46 quality measures in five domains: Mortality, Safety of Care, Readmission, Patient Experience, and Timely and Effective Care; and are designed to help patients and families make informed health care decisions based on standardized quality measures.
