Step 1: Enroll organization
The facility or practice must first complete a new EHR agreement and enroll the practice.
Step 2: Request site administrator access
After the organization is enrolled, site administrators must submit a site administrator request to be designated for the organization.
The request link has two actions:
- Requested site administrator completes their portion and forwards the request link to the practice/payer contact. This cannot be the same person as the site administrator.
- The organization contact completes and submits the request.
Note: Two site administrators per organization are recommended.
Step 3: Submit individual user request
Once the site administrator has been enrolled, individual users can submit an individual user request.
The request has two actions:
- The end user completes their portion and saves the form. This will populate the site administrator's email address into a link. The end user clicks to send the email.
- The site administrator completes and submits the request.
Submission status
Throughout the process, the requester will receive notifications regarding the approval or denial of the request. For any questions about the process or the status of a request, please email [email protected].
