Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation helps people recovering from a heart attack, valve or bypass surgery, stent implant or other heart issues. Penrose and St. Francis hospitals provide in-house cardiac rehabilitation for our patients, in addition to the services provided at our primary rehabilitation center on North Circle Drive in Colorado Springs.

Diagnostics & Interventions
The Heart & Vascular team at Penrose and St. Francis hospitals perform diagnostic procedures to evaluate cardiovascular function and to identify structural abnormalities, including blockages or heart valve malformations, to more than 4,000 patients every year.
Our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories, or Cath Labs, at Penrose and St. Francis hospitals provide state-of-the-art angiographic assessment of coronary artery anatomy and the flow of blood through the structures of the heart. The Cath Labs are ready 24/7 to help patients with life-threatening cardiac or peripheral vascular disease.
