Suresh Sharma, MD

Dr. Suresh Sharma, MD, serves as an interventional cardiologist at CommonSpirit Penrose Cardiology, driven by a strong commitment to providing exceptional cardiovascular care. Grounded in a collaborative approach, he works closely with patients, families, and medical colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes, ensuring every patient receives attentive, expert care.

Dr. Sharma completed his cardiology residency and fellowship training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.

Away from practice, Dr. Sharma enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. As an active family, they enjoy traveling and exploring new destinations together. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, playing cricket, and swimming with his children to stay active.
