St. Anthony Summit Hospital, part of CommonSpirit Health, is proud to announce a new partnership with the Breck Epic, a world-renowned multi-stage mountain bike race held annually in Breckenridge, Colorado.
This new collaboration enhances the safety and overall experience for racers by providing comprehensive on-course medical support. As part of the partnership, St. Anthony Summit Hospital will provide a dedicated team of eight paramedics, nurses, and EMTs to be stationed at key locations along the Breck Epic racecourse. This medical team will also include an on-site physician, ensuring prompt and professional care for riders in the event of accidents or injuries. This team is equipped to handle a wide range of emergency medical needs by coordinating with local law enforcement, search and rescue, and Flight For Life, which is on standby all week for the event.
St. Anthony Summit Hospital's world-class orthopedic surgeons will also be on scene.
