Dodge City, KS (October 6, 2025) – CommonSpirit Health is pleased to announce Jason Justus will serve as President of St. Catherine Hospital – Dodge City, St. Catherine Hospital – Garden City, and Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital, effective October 6, 2025. Justus will oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of all three facilities, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across Southwest Kansas.

Justus brings a wealth of experience to this new role, having previously served in key leadership positions at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, Ohio. His tenure at Pomerene included roles as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Finance Officer. During this time, he was widely recognized for his inclusive leadership style and unwavering dedication to advancing organizational goals while upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
Justus holds a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Management Information Systems from Ohio University.

Justus and his wife, Debra, have been married for 33 years and have two daughters and three grandchildren. In his personal time, Jason cherishes being a grandparent, traveling, and participating in CrossFit 5-6 days a week. He also enjoys golfing, shooting, fishing, and reading.
