Valerie Beascochea, NNP

Valerie Beascochea, APRN, NNP-BC, is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner in St. Francis Hospital’s NICU. Valerie is passionate about offering evidence-based, family-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for neonates and their families. She continuously integrates the latest research and advancements in neonatal medicine into clinical practice. 

Committed to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning, Valerie values accountability, teamwork, and mentorship, striving to support nursing staff, trainees, and colleagues while advocating for systems that improve neonatal care delivery.

Valerie holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, in addition to being a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).

In her personal time, Valerie enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also finds joy in crafting, baking, and hiking.
