About Terri Worf, NP

Terri Worf, APTN, MSN, BC-CDE, BC, believes in partnering with her patients to provide holistic care that encompasses the mind, body and spirit. Intricacies of the human body and restoring people to good health are of special interest to her. Terri puts her patients in the center of her care model and believes in equipping them with the tools and resources needed to achieve optimal wellness. She specializes in Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes, insulin pump management, continuous glucose monitoring (personal and professional models), DOT physical exams and general family medicine for all ages.

Terri obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kansas Newman University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and is certified in Advance Diabetes Management. Terri is also a certified DOT physical provider.
