About Sharon Brodbelt, PA-C

Shar Brodbelt, PA-C, specializes in occupational medicine at CommonSpirit Center for Occupational Medicine(CCOM) Frisco. Her care philosophy is to provide proactive, compassionate, and quality care with empathy, kindness, and respect for every individual. She aims to help each patient build a healthier future through preventative medicine and by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to live the healthiest life possible.

Shar's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Virginia Tech, a Secondary Education Teacher certification in Math and Science from Towson University, and training in Cytopathology at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute. She also studied Music Therapy/Clinical Counseling at Colorado State University and Regis University, earned an M.S. in Medical Sciences from Saint Francis University, and completed her Physician Assistant Certificate/Studies at Red Rocks-Lakewood, Colorado.

Outside of her practice, Shar enjoys cycling, hiking (particularly with her four-year-old Lab named Walter), backcountry and Nordic skiing, paddleboarding, exploration/travel, gardening, making music, volunteering, home renovations, and attending concerts and festivals.
