About Sarah Forrest, MD
Dr. Sarah Forrest is a dedicated OB/GYN and skilled surgeon specializing in gynecologic procedures, with a deep-rooted passion for women’s health. Committed to providing evidence-based care, Dr. Forrest expertly weaves in elements of lifestyle medicine to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Dr. Forrest believes that educating her patients is paramount and takes pride in guiding them through their healthcare journeys. She works collaboratively with her patients to achieve their birthing goals, supporting various options including VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), unmedicated deliveries, and working with doulas. Dr. Forrest also advocates for practices such as delayed cord clamping and skin-to-skin contact after delivery.

Dr. Forrest earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Creighton University. She completed an OB/GYN internship at the University of California Davis School of Medicine, where she also did her residency. She also studied public health and reproductive and sexual health research at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Forrest’s love of adventure and travel took her to New Zealand, where she practiced OB/GYN medicine from 2022 to 2024. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys skiing; spending time with her husband, children, and dog; camping; biking; and discovering new restaurants.
