About Lesley Moak, NP

Lesley Moak is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She attended the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She furthered her education by earning a Nursing Master of Science degree from Regis University, Denver.

Lesley is dedicated to evidence based, patient-centered care, and her approach is to impart high quality care with empathy and grace. She believes that much of illness is preventable, and seeks to promote the healthy habits, lifestyle and nutrition requisite of good health.

When she is not treating patients, Lesley enjoys spending time with her dogs. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, camping, live music, and relaxing with friends and family.
