Krystan Vernetti, NP

Krystan Vernetti, NP, is a family nurse practitioner at CommonSpirit Primary Care St. Thomas More. She is deeply committed to developing genuine relationships with her patients and their families, providing patient-centered care aimed at optimizing health outcomes and overall wellness. Her philosophy emphasizes thorough education and proactive preventative care to empower patients in their health journey.

Krystan completed her Biology, Chemistry, and Nursing degrees at CSU-Pueblo. She then gained valuable experience working for eight years in surgical and ICU settings before earning her Master of Science in Nursing at Northern Arizona University. She completed a Nurse Practitioner residency at the VA in Tucson, Arizona. Before returning to Colorado, she honed her skills working at an internal and family medicine group in Tucson for a year and a half.

When she's not caring for patients, Krystan embraces a variety of outdoor and personal pursuits. She enjoys riding and showing horses, participating in various sports, and cherishing time with family and friends. Her hobbies also include reading, camping, hunting, biking, traveling, and scuba diving.
