About Kristy Severson, NP

Kristy Severson, RN, FNP recieved her bachelor's degree in nursing at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN in 2001. She then recieved her master's degree as a clinical nurse specialist in 2006 and her post-master's certification in 2011, but from the College of St. Scholastica.
Kristy worked in bariatric and general surgery from 2006 to 2012, when she moved to Colorado. She then worked in bariatric surgery from 2012 to July 2014, when she joined RMG.
Kristy is certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She is also certivied in both basic and advanced cardiac life support.
Outside of her work at RMG, Kristy has served for 20 years in the Air Force and the Air National Guard.
