Kirstie Jarrett, MD

Kirstie Jarrett, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon who firmly believes in empowering her patients through clear communication and shared decision-making. Her care philosophy centers on ensuring that every patient fully understands their medical condition, taking the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options comprehensively. Dr. Jarrett is committed to collaborating with her patients to arrive at the best possible surgical plan tailored to their individual needs.

Dr. Jarrett's educational journey began at the University of Utah, where she earned an undergraduate degree with a major in psychology and a minor in chemistry. She continued her medical education at the University of Utah School of Medicine before completing her rigorous General Surgery Residency at the University of Arizona - Tucson. 

Outside of her surgical practice, Dr. Jarrett enjoys dancing, hiking, and traveling. She is also a devoted full-time cat mom
