Dr. Isabelle De Castro, MD, specializes in family medicine at CommonSpirit Rocky Mountain Sports & Family Medicine Pueblo. She is committed to whole-person, holistic care, believing that true health is found by addressing every aspect of the individual—mind, body, and spirit. Dr. De Castro strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel seen and cared for, ensuring that their medical plan is as comprehensive as it is compassionate.

She earned her medical degree from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo. Dr. De Castro went on to complete her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine, gaining the hands-on experience necessary to provide high-quality, continuous care to families across all stages of life.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. De Castro loves all things outdoors, especially hiking and skiing.
