About Heather Scott, CNM
Heather Scott, DNP, provides evidence-based medical care. She approaches each patient through compassion, respect and kindness to create trust along the health care journey. Heather believes in the right to equitable, ethical and accessible quality care and engages women and their families to actively participate in their health choices through all stages of their lives.
A board-certified nurse midwife (CNM) with 12 years of service as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse, Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and sociology and doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree at the University of Utah, where she worked with underserved populations including teens, migrants and refugees.
A wife and mother, Heather enjoys music, rodeo, photography, cooking and outdoor activities.
