Elizabeth Felix, NNP

Liz Felix, NNP, is a neonatal nurse practitioner in St. Francis Hospital’s NICU. Liz deeply values patient and family-centered care, believing that while the premature or sick term baby is the primary patient, the family is vital in achieving good outcomes and an essential member of the healthcare team. She is particularly passionate about caring for first-time mothers, recognizing that embarking on the journey of parenting is both exciting and terrifying. She loves partnering with new parents to help them feel comfortable and confident while caring for their infant.

Liz earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Creighton University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado.

In her personal time, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Together, they love to hike, snowboard, and go camping.
