About David Massinople, MD

David Massinople, MD, FACC, delivers the highest quality of cardiac care to his patients by using a combination of the most recent preventative, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. He emphasizes preventative care through subtle life changes that over time lead to a dramatic impact on both quality of life and longevity. Dr. Massinople regularly sees patients with coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.

Dr. Massinople received a bachelor’s degree in engineering science and mechanics from Virginia Tech. His doctorate is from West Virginia University School of Medicine, where he also completed residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology.

He enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and coaching soccer, as well as outdoor pursuits including trail running, hiking, skiing and mountain biking.
