About Claire Kaplan, PhD
Dr. Claire Kaplan is a licensed psychologist specializing in Neuropsychology at CommonSpirit Neurosciences St. Anthony. She conducts comprehensive assessments of cognition, mood, and behavior. She strives to treat patients the way that she would like to be treated, adopting a collaborative, patient-centered, integrative, and evidence-based approach. Dr. Kaplan is passionate about helping patients (and their loved ones) feel empowered by an improved understanding of their functioning and medical condition. She also enjoys teaching behavioral strategies to improve physical, cognitive, and psychological well-being.
Dr. Kaplan received her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the College of William and Mary. After earning her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park, she completed her residency in Behavioral Medicine and Neuropsychology at the University of Washington School of Medicine, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Kaplan enjoys horseback riding, traveling, music, exploring the local food scene, snowboarding, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
