Chidiebere Iheanacho, DNP

Chidi Iheanacho, DNP, AGACNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner who works in cardiology at CommonSpirit Cardiology West Valley. Chidi is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health decisions. She genuinely enjoys caring for and interacting with patients, striving to treat each person with empathy, dignity, and individualized attention.

Chidi is a board-certified nurse practitioner who previously worked in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Utah Medical Center. She was involved in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, heart transplant, LVAD, amyloidosis, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients. She enjoys caring and interacting with patients. Chidi began her career as a bone marrow transplant nurse, serving for 10 years at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with an emphasis in adult gerontology acute care from the University of Utah.

In her free time, Chidi enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She values meaningful connections and experiences that allow her to continue growing both personally and professionally.
