About Carmen Hollis, NNP
Carmen Hollis, APRN, NNP, is a neonatal nurse practitioner in St. Francis Hospital’s NICU. Carmen believes that caring for a newborn means caring for the entire family. She strives to build trust through clear communication, compassion, and consistency, especially during what is often one of the most stressful times in a family’s life. She is passionate about partnering with parents, empowering them in their baby’s care, and helping them feel confident as they transition home.
Carmen earned her Bachelor of Nursing at Eastern New Mexico University. She then completed her Master's of Nursing with a focus on Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at Regis University in Denver.
Outside of work, Carmen enjoys staying active through running and hiking, especially in beautiful Colorado. Spending time outdoors helps her recharge and stay grounded. She also values quality time with her family and friends.
