About Andrew Covington, MD

Andrew Covington, MD, has always been amazed at what the human body is capable of, particularly its ability to heal. Dr. Covington holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science from Brigham Young University and a medical degree from the University of Utah. He performed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at University of Texas Southwestern.

Some of Dr. Covington’s personal interests include biking, hiking, star gazing, building things and spending time with family.
