Bambi Lane, FNP-BC, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at CommonSpirit Family Medicine Dodge City with a care philosophy profoundly rooted in building strong, collaborative partnerships where the patient is recognized as the expert in their own life and she serves as a trusted clinical guide. Bambi is passionate about delivering patient-centered care, empowering people to make informed medical decisions that align seamlessly with their personal values and unique lifestyles.

Bambi earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Advanced Nursing Practice and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Walden University, achieving Summa Cum Laude honors with a perfect 4.0 GPA for both advanced degrees. Her academic distinction is further recognized through her induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Golden Key International Honour Society. 

Driven by a commitment to evidence-based practice, her professional work has centered on optimizing clinical systems and significantly improving patient outcomes through staff training. Her doctoral research, "Does Staff Education about Diabetic Self-Management Improve Knowledge and Intent to Educate Their Patients?", exemplifies her expertise in building high-performing, well-educated nursing teams. As an executive leader, she excels at bridging the gap between clinical research and daily operations, consistently utilizing interprofessional collaboration to achieve organizational excellence.

Outside of her practice, Bambi is a devoted wife and a proud mother to six children—five girls and one boy. She understands what it takes to juggle a busy household, and she brings that same patience, active listening, and warmth to every patient she cares for. When not caring for her family or at work, she loves cheering on her children in their sports, enjoying quality time with her husband, and spending time with her beloved pets. She cherishes nothing more than being outdoors with her family in the fresh air.
