Chalanne Stockman, NP

Chalanne Stockman, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at CommonSpirit Primary Care Pueblo West. She enjoys building strong relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their individual health care goals.

Chalanne brings 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds advanced trauma and cardiac life support certifications.

Away from the clinic, Chalanne loves spending time with her family and traveling.
