Woody & Millie Ingram Guest House

The beautiful Woody & Mollie Ingram Guest House, located on the campus of CommonSpirit St. Francis Hospital, hosts patients undergoing treatment - and their visiting families - who live at least 45 miles outside of Colorado Springs. The 25-room guest house opened in 2024 thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, led by principal donors Jerry Bruni and Pamela Ingram Bruni.

About

“The Guest House is named after my mom and dad, Millie and Woody, because they were so good about creating homes wherever they went. You didn’t go to Millie and Woody’s house. You went to their home,” said Pamela Ingram Bruni.

With more than 125 trade partners involved in this momentous project, the Ingram Guest House is the largest community-funded project in Colorado Springs to date.

Our Services

When life feels uncertain and fragile for our visitors, the Woody & Millie Ingram Guest House is a warm, safe space to rest and relax. Importantly, the home keeps patients and their families close to the care they need while relieving some of the financial burden that comes with travel, food and accommodations.

The home and its amenities are specifically focused on the families of our most fragile patients - NICU babies, patients undergoing cancer treatment, and rehabilitation and surgical patients. The Ingram Guest House is within walking distance of St. Francis Hospital, including its cancer center and NICU.

Its amenities include:

  • 25 peaceful, modern rooms with private bathrooms
  • All the comforts of home, including a children’s playroom and outdoor living spaces
  • Communal gathering spaces for dining and recreation
  • An emphasis on nature, with tranquil views of Pikes Peak

Donation Based

Operating and maintaining our guest house ministry relies on the generosity of our community, including donations from guest house patients and visitors. We do not charge a set fee for the lodging we provide, but we respectfully request that each guest make a donation to the house. Friends and families are also welcome to donate on behalf of the guest.
