Donna Damiano grew up in Indiana, and has been living in Colorado since 2014. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 2010. Donna has worked as a hospital clinical pharmacist since then in a variety of settings, including medical/surgical, cardiology, intermediate/step down care, critical care, operational pharmacy, and others. Donna joined the team at St. Anthony Hospital in 2026 as the PGY1 Residency Program Director (RPD). Prior to this, she served as RPD for six years at prior positions in the Denver metro area. Outside of work, Donna enjoys hiking, running, skiing, reading, baking cakes, and spending time with her kids and husband.
A Mississippi girl at heart, Haley grew up in Jackson, MS and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tougaloo College. She then became a Doctor of Pharmacy after obtaining her doctorate from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Haley's current areas of interest include emergency medicine and sports pharmacy. Haley is excited to begin residency at St. Anthony and provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients. Outside of pharmacy, Haley enjoys reading, watching movies, and exploring Colorado.
AJ grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Her primary professional interests include ambulatory care, and she is excited to explore a variety of clinical practice settings throughout her residency. Outside of the pharmacy, AJ enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling to new destinations, and listening to comedy podcasts.
Karly is from Colorado Springs, Colorado and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Dakota. She then attended pharmacy school at Regis University. Karly is interested in exploring emergency medicine/critical care and infectious disease, and looks forward to exploring other areas of clinical practice throughout the year. Outside of pharmacy, Karly enjoys skiing, hiking and crafting!
Sydney grew up in Galena, Illinois and attended Loras College, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in biology and played basketball. Afterward, she attended pharmacy school at Creighton University. Her current areas of interest include cardiology and she is eager to learn more about critical care and emergency medicine throughout this residency year. Outside of pharmacy, Sydney enjoys snowboarding in the winter, hiking in the summer, going to concerts and hanging out with friends and family.
