Leslie Pierce, MD

Dr. Leslie Pierce, MD, is a neonatologist for St. Francis Hospital’s NICU. Driven by her faith, Dr. Pierce believes she has been given a gift to care for patients and their families during vulnerable and stressful times. It is her hope, honor, and privilege to serve them and to do her best to transform a difficult period into one also full of joy and peace.

Dr. Pierce earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Tech University. She then received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Pierce completed her Residency in Pediatrics at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, followed by a Fellowship in Neonatology at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell.

In her personal time, Dr. Pierce enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and exploring food. Most of all, she cherishes spending time with her husband and three daughters.
