Our Services

Our highly trained and skilled licensed therapists can help patients reach their goals, whether it be a sports related injury or recovery from a more serious accident or illness. Our facility includes:

  • A large therapy gym equipped with a recumbent and upright bicycle, an upper body exerciser, therapeutic exercise balls and a variety of stretching, strengthening and balance therapy equipment.
  • Private treatment rooms, a dedicated Occupational Therapy gym, and separate offices for Speech Therapy
  • Neuromuscular electrical stimulation device to improve swallowing function.

  • Comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic orthopedic injuries with a focus on functional exercise progressions, manual therapy, dry needling, and other advanced modalities
  • Neurologic rehabilitation for CVA (Stroke), TBI/Concussion, Parkinson’s (LSVT BIG), and other movement disorders

Occupational therapy

Our highly trained and skilled occupational therapists create individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their highest level of function and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

After receiving a doctor's referral, the occupational therapist will complete a comprehensive evaluation and provide the following services:

  • Occupational therapy, including orthopedic therapy for the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand
  • Neurological rehabilitation
  • Cognitive sensory/perceptual and visual motor therapy
  • Upper extremity splinting
  • Home Modification, Adaptive Equipment (AE), and  Durable Medical Equipment (DME) recommendations to maximize independence, safety, and functional mobility in daily activities

*Please note, we do not offer a return to driving program in our clinic.

St. Anthony Hospital Outpatient Therapy offers comprehensive speech therapy services with highly experienced speech therapists. We work with patients to assess their speech or swallowing disorder and implement an  individualized treatment plan specific to their needs.  

We offer modified barium swallow studies, neuromuscular electrical stimulation for swallowing, cognitive retraining and aphasia therapy. 

We evaluate and provide therapeutic measures related to:

  • Stroke
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Concussion
  • Cognitive communication disorders
  • Parkinson's disease (SPEAK OUT!)

Pelvic Therapy

Patients who may benefit from pelvic floor therapy include those who experience any of the following signs and symptoms:

  • General pelvic region pain that may occur in a sedentary state or with
  • palpation, intercourse, sports/movement, and/or with bowel/bladder
  • voiding
  • Urinary and/or bowel dysfunction (i.e. incontinence, hesitancy, urgency,
  • frequency, pain with voiding, hemorrhoids, and fissures)
  • Trigger points and/or scar tissue adhesions in the pelvic region, including
  • perineum/vagina/anorectal, abdomen, low back, buttocks, and/or hips
  • Sexual dysfunction (i.e. pain with orgasm, pain with initial or deep
  • penetration muscular or myofascial origin) and erectile dysfunction
  • Pelvic organ prolapse or sensation of heaviness in the vaginal region
  • Pelvic floor muscle and/or myofascial dysfunction
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • Pelvic girdle dysfunction/coccydynia

Pelvic Physical Therapy can also benefit patients who are preparing for, or have undergone, surgical procedures. Some of these procedures include, but are not limited to:
