About Susan Scroggin, LPC

Susan Scroggin, LPC, believes that we all have the ability to heal so much within us, together, in a safe, nurturing environment. She provides psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups, and for those who are experiencing specific conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, anxiety and depression.

Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in speech communications at California State University, Hayward (now East Bay). She received a master’s degree in clinical psychology with emphasis in marriage, family and child counseling from Pepperdine University Irvine. She is also an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Level II clinician.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys teaching trauma-informed yoga, walking, cross-country skiing, reading, and writing songs and poetry.
