About Timothy Nagel, MD

Tim Nagel, MD, brings nearly three decades of family medicine experience to North Vista Medical Center. Prior to joining the North Vista Medical Center team, Dr. Nagel practiced medicine in rural Iowa, caring for patients of all ages. There, he delivered hundreds of babies and cared for them from birth into adulthood. For his older patients, Dr. Nagel's experience in geriatric medicine has enabled him to help countless patients successfully manage a wide range of chronic age-related diseases while also helping patients and their families understand and navigate end of life issues. A proponent of preventive care, Dr. Nagel promotes an active, healthy lifestyle for all his patients. In addition to routine family medicine services, he assists in creating nutrition and exercise plans tailored to the individual needs of his patients.
