Free breast & cervical cancer screening
The Women’s Wellness Connection (WWC) is a grant-funded program presented by the American Cancer Society, St. Thomas More Hospital and the St. Thomas More Physician Group. It provides free breast and cervical screenings to qualifying women in Fremont and surrounding communities. Together, our vision is to support, promote, and provide screening for cervical and breast cancer to underserved women in the state of Colorado.
